Although it is common to “borrow” the term to mention the type of service, when hiring BPO, a company goes far beyond traditional outsourcing.
The latter has a more direct character: the delivery of a simple service, such as a specific and punctual workforce in a specific project or area.
In the examples, we can list services such as: administrative, charter, maintenance, operation, etc.
That is, it refers more to a one-off delivery, without the need to create a new model for organizational services.
BPO, on the other hand, is about hiring the entire strategy, technology, expertise and processes behind an activity or an entire sector of the company.
